Got my 01 jetta repainted and the results are amazing 2 weeks in. I chose the base/clear package and I'm happy I chose Maaco. They also fixed most of the Dents and dings on the body of the car.

My family has had work done at other Maaco locations with great results, so I decided to try the local shop in Brampton. I Had my car straightened slightly and had the front end painted. I was also assured all the minor marks would be taken care of on the rear bumper, mirror, and the paint would match no problem. I knew for a fact that metallic silver would be difficult for an amateur painter to match, but I was again assured it would match.
On pick up day the colour didnt come close to matching, all I got were excuses. A lot of the small marks were left unfixed especially on the rear bumper. They did a piss poor job at aligning the front bumper, parts had very poor prep(you could still see scuff marks, under very light paint), over spray everywhere it didn't need to be and runs in the paint!
Being told my car was ready for pick up in that condition speaks volumes of the quality of work that comes out of this shop and what they try to pass off as sufficient to ones unwilling to make a fuss. I'll never go back, and if you value your car and your money I would recommend you go elsewhere.

Thanks for the review. First of all this client is not in our database. Regardless we have many clients want to repair a small thing but want us to touch up the whole car knowing that complete car need to be repaired and painted. Maaco Brampton does quality work and have thousands of satisfied clients recommending to their family and friends. It is possible mistakes can happen but we don't recall this client. IT'S A FAKE REVIEW!

I had my car painted. First we decided all the marked areas will be painted. But when I went to check on it the bumper that had some scrape marks was not painted and the owner asked for extra 200 dollars. There was a bit of rudeness and the foreman Ross saw the owner Rajesh treating me like this. Later when I went to pay for the car I saw some marks above the rear bumper on the door and Rajesh told me to drop by any time and he will buff it. I went yesterday 17th October 2012 and Rajesh was not there and it was Ross's turn to be rude to me. I was very upset as to why they would treat me this way as a customer.

I find this content inappropriate because: We were not rude with the client. When he came to the shop we did what we agreed on and the time of pickup the car he started demanding more work. Even we repaired his bumper and returned his $200 as goodwill gesture. Then he complained about some marks on the bumper and blamed Maaco for doing it but it was only the dust that he put while driving and we cleaned in front of him. This gentleman is miserable and and dishonest. He had problem with Mercedes dealer as well and complaining same treatment with them as well because he tried to cheat them as well. These kind of unconfirmed, one-sided story should not be published to malign businesses. Rajesh Jain
