On Monday, Feb. 23/15 my car failed to start while parked at the rear of Cloverdale Mall in Etobicoke. I contacted Ford who sent KBW Towing. The driver, Biggie, was quick, efficient, courteous and charged the battery instantly.

On Tuesday Feb 16 2010, our Honda Fit had a completely dead battery caused by the interior light being left on. Through their association with Honda, a tow truck from KBW showed up. The first thing, rather than just towing to the dealer, was to try and revive the battery. No luck, the car had to be towed. The towing technician took the time to avoid a full towing charge. This was a refreshing experience and we thank the KBW guy for trying to help us out. Thanks,
