I do not recommend Daniel Henry. Dan never filed a motion for discovery or affidavit of errors. He is negligent. He is rude and argumentative. Dan told me he would have my bogus charges dismissed after police falsified documents, then he gathered no evidence. It's like he forgot he was paid to defend me but he acted like he was trying to prosecute me. He is a lazy scam artist. He never questioned police about their lies and allowed them break laws.
