I made an appointment on Friday for Monday. The repair man was supposed to show up between 12-2pm. Needless to say I waited until 1pm to double check left a message. Then I called at 1:30pm because I had to go to work. I still waited for a return call. But no call no show. FYI when I talked to them on Friday it was my refrigerator that went out.
