Simple job: change winter tyres for summer tyres. Not so simple at that garage...
HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE, OVERCHARGED and the manager speaks little English.
Never again. Never.

I recently took my vehicle to midas to have my rear brakes looked at, keep in mind I have recently purchased the vehicle and it was inspected from the province, and I am in the middle of moving so it was also inspected in a second province so hesitant to see that I would need to replace both my breaks and my routers.... however that is what they came back with and wanted to charge me over $1000 to do it... when you think of these small mechanic shops they should be cheaper than a dealership... nope, took my car to the GM Dealer and the breaks + Routers cost me $460+tax.... talk about screwing over your customers.
Do not go here... there are better places to go where they actually care about the customers. They only got half a star rating from me because it is a mandatory field that I cannot leave blank.

I had noises in my brakes and went in to check it out. They weren't able to get to my car right away but offered to drive me to my work while my car is in the shop. At the end of the day, they picked me up, and returned my car-noise free. Instead of replacing my old brakes, they were able to maintanance it and saved me a lot of money. Very good people.

I went to change my oil and the manager, who is asian, tried to upsell me with a maintenance package that includes tire rotation. He told me that no need to balance the tires once they are rotated. The car needed balance and when I went back to get him to finish his work he tried to sell me new tires. I also noticed his behavior couple of times when he received customers asking him for very little favors, as simple as pump air in tires, that won't cost him more than couple of minutes and he refused it. THIS GUY IS A SNAKE. DO NOT TRUST HIM

I don't see what his being asian has to do with anything... Would you have said "the manager, who is white, etc etc". No. Take a hike.

I only mentioned that he is asian so that next time a customer walk in to the store and see him he'd know that I am talking specifically about him. My comment has nothing to do with racism as you might thought.

They broke my new tires and let me bring the flat ones to their store and after fixed them. They gave back to me nothing!!!!
Can anybody imagine this? I waste two days there and they give me sh*t!
