Darrin responded to an emergency call out and replaced the motor on the furnace. The problem wasn't resolved and he said he would return but did not keep the appointment. After that he was very hard to get hold of and wouldn't return messages. Seemed as though he was ignoring g us Finally got in contact with him by text hsing a different phone number and he committed to calling out the next day. Didn't show up or respond to voice mail and texts sent. Took our $661.50 and ran off. We will pursue him to get a refund. Interesting that another site claims this business is no longer in operation.
