At Cornerstone Services Inc, we offer the following to people with disabilities: customized community employment services, residential supports, school-to-work transition, community integration services, counseling and therapy, packing and assembly training. Career Solutions: The focus of Career Solutions, the employment services program at Cornerstone, is to assist individuals reach their highest potential in employment in the community.This is accomplished through assessment, job readiness preparation, and on and off-site employment support. Behavioral Health Services: The behavioral health department at Cornerstone provides an array of integrated services designed to assist in the recovery of symptoms of mental illness. Services include counseling, psychiatric consultation, case management, crisis intervention, community housing, psychosocial rehabilitation, and residential services. Living in the Community: Cornerstone offers a variety of residential alternatives to suit specific needs of adults with disabilities. The agency maintains homes throughout the area, but also serves a number of adults who rent from local landlords. Adults with disabilities who choose social and recreational activities during the day participate in the programs offered through the community services department. Exercise, arts and crafts, special events, social interaction groups, current events discussions, and day trips are available in this adult day activity program. Personal attention, combined with therapeutic and stimulating activities, challenge persons with disabilities and provide respite for athome family caregivers.
