I have been going to this shop for 4 years.
Orlando and his crew always did repairs on my truck and I always paid. 3 weeks ago he did the starter on my truck. At some point the starter come loose and damaged hoses and transmission cooler. He drove of my truck of the lot and told me he don't want to repair my truck.
Now that's service! Do not go to this shop for your repairs.

I have been at this shop twice already and every time I get a great experience. Especially second time when I thought my differential is dead because the car was making very loud humming noise over 40km/h. When Orlando took my car for a ride he said it was the front right hub bearing and to be honest I was a bit skeptical about it. Nevertheless, next day afternoon I came to pick up my car, got it, drove it and it was completely quiet... such a relief. I saved a lot of money and very happy.
