I've been with this insurance company for years. Im a local here, in Anacortes theyve insured 2 of my boats and have never had a problem. Until now. I dont know if Scott Buchanan is the new owner or if the name was just changed. They have an agent now with horrible costumer service skills. Abrupt and abrasive. Confontational and unprofessional. Stephenie is unpolished as an agent instead of working with me she suggested I go else where. Be careful when paying your premium with a card. They kept my card on file and tried to use it without my consent now I have a late charge for insufficient funds. Didn't notify me that my insurance was coming do so my insurance lapsed. Because I voiced these issues Stephenie declined to work with me.

Dyane Larson was really awesome to work with. We needed flood insurance to qualify for an FHA loan and she noticed that that requirements if the loan were unreasonable based on the value of the structure. She went to bat for us, continuing to push back against the lender and get us down to reasonable requirements. I was really happy to have worked with her.
