Talk about taking advantage of a situation!!
When I brought my vehicle to them I was told that the work would be guaranteed by them seeing as they were not a “preferred” company recognized by my insurance and of course nervous to leave my car with MAACO. If I was informed by the worker, an honest man, that they only felt confortable doing bodywork/paint and wouldn’t fix any mechanical problems, I would have saved everyone times by going to a proffesional place, while fixing NOTHING and letting me deal with the numerous electrical problems on my own.
I waited weeks and months for a returned called, the customer service was horrible, although what do you expect. In the end they never guaranteed their work or fixed my issues but instead informed me to go to a dealership so they can analyse the “issue” and get back to them once I called my insurance compagny and they agreed to pay them MORE... Well boys, why would i EVER go back to you when you can’t even analyse why my AC isn’t functioning!?!?

Seems like a very basic 101 issue!!
