Called at the advice of a CAA driver. The women who answered the phone was so unprofessional.nI explained the two issues the car was having. A leak in power steering fluid and shifter was tight. The women noted they would check whole car over. I explained we just had it looked when clutch was done in March we just wanted the two things looked at and a quote. She also noted they tipically fix the problems I again asked for a quote before work started. This apparently is a problem to push a car into a bay and back out without doing the work. I said if it was going to be to much money we would reconsider what we are doing with the car. The lady asked me what was too much? Well that's not a good start of customer service asking how much I have before they start working on my car. We just moved here and wanted to find a closer mechanic to fix our 3 VW cars. We will be using our out of town mechanic who we trust and has amazing customer service. n
