Charlie is a consummate professional. I had two standard plumbing projects - convert a propane grill to natural gas and install a hot water heater. For the grill work he went above and beyond. Not only did he do the conversion but he cleaned out the entire inside of the grill and made sure and the components were in good working order. For the water heater he showed up on time as promised and did a great job at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend!

Very reliable and easy to work with. They returned our call quickly, provided an estimate right away, and completed the job exactly when they said they would. The workmanship was solid and the whole process went smoothly. We had several pipes repaired and a whole new shower system (shower head, hand held shower, new shower faucets) installed and it took the better part of two days. We have a 100 year old house with old delicate and quirky plumbing and they knew exactly how to handle it. Added bonus, we got recommendations for other tradesman for additional home improvements. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience in purchasing and installing a new hot water heater with Charles West! The whole process was professional and easy. Charles took care of our permits and made sure everything was to code for our town. We will be returning to them for a new furnace this fall. Thank you for making the plumbing process easy!

Charles West Plumbing is the best in the business. Charles and Connor installed my 50 gallon water heater. Two years later when I had as issue they came out and took care of it. They responded quickly to my concerns and made the fix. They stand by their work and make things right. I highly recommend them.

It was our pleasure to have Charlie West and his associate in our home last week for some major plumbing repairs. Charlie is extremely methodical and organized in the way he tackles plumbing issues. From start to finish Charlie responds quickly, does exactly what he says he plans do, performs the service on time and cleans up and returns everything to better than it was before the plumbing repair. While working, Charlie communicated as he went along as to what he was doing, any obstacles he encountered and how he planned to remedy those obstacles. Charlie is an honest, hard working and extremely skilled professional. I highly recommend Charles West Plumbing and Heating for plumbing and heating services.
