Would like to thank the employees, took my vehicle on friday had a front brake job done,the service was excellent, been there 3 or 4 time with different vehicle and had always great service,would recommend them to anyone, thank you.

AVOID THIS PLACE! I would give zero stars if it were possible.

Rude and incompetent owner (Rocky). My check engine light was on so I brought it here due to its proximity to home.

Had to bring it back 3 times and they still couldn't fix the problem. Every time I went back, they said it was something different. They had no idea what the issue was and were clearly grasping at straws, but wanted to change me more to try something new. When I asked for a refund since their work was clearly ineffective, I was met with attitude from the owner. Clearly frustrated, when I questioned what I was paying for, I was told to get the F out. This guy will act friendly to get your business, but once he has your car, he will proceed to milk you for every cent you've got.

The only thing this place is successful at is swiping your credit card. Avoid this place at all costs! You'll get better service from a high school shop class.

My wife dropped her car off to have winter tires changed to summer and oil change. They told her 2 hrs. On her only day off, they finally looked at the car 3 hrs later. 5 hrs later they were complete @ about 30 percent more than every other shop!!! Avoid at all costs!!! Terrible service. Should shut the doors and just admit they suck at life.
Extremely dissatisfied in ottawa!!!

Great service, decent price. I've gone there a few times to have my vehicle serviced; once for an exhaust system and some new pads and rotors, then again for a maintenance package, and then for a noise that turned out to be my wheel bearings. There wasn't too much wait time, they had me in and out pretty quickly even though I didn't take an appointment. The manager, Rocky, was helpful and explained what was wrong with my car and gave me some useful suggestions about some preventative measures I could take to better maintain my vehicle. I'll definitely be paying them a visit next time my car needs some work done.
