Took my car to speedy auto service for a regular oil change they took a look over my car and the technician Rafi took me into the shop and he showed be exactly what I needed to fix in the future and was very honest abut everything. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Speedy definitely got my vote thanks again to everyone at speedy auto service for a great service and number one customer service.

I. just took my car there to get winter tires to be put on for $30 and now I left there and I have to pay $80. they broke my lock for my winter tires and did not even mention to me that they were sorry and did not offer to repair what they broke. it's not that it was plastic to say it wasn't strong enough it's medal and when I gave them that medal nothing was wrong with it. it's near Christmas time and now I'm out $80 that will be coming out of my Christmas budget. I'm angry because no offer was giving to me but it will cost me this and this much to fix what they broke and no sorry. I have been using speedy for my oil changes and minor for years now other things now I will never go there. well I hope you have a merry Christmas . God bless and I hope that when this happens to the next person you take responsibility for your actions

I recently had an exhaust system replaced on my car at this Speedy and the service was great. After that I had a terrible experience with Canadian Tire and the guys at Speedy jumped right in diagnosed the problem with my car and had if fixed in no time. After 6 visits to Canadian Tire with the staff and service manager unwilling to listen to my concerns (any they were quite rude), the owner and staff at Speedy went beyond the usual customer service by taking on and fixing a job that was botched by Canadian Tire and providing me with documentation to take back to Canadian Tire to get a refund. They're customer service is exceptional in this day and age and I will return to them whenever I have a problem with my car as I know I can trust what they tell me to be true.
