I originally wanted to convert to a tankless water heater. But, it made sense to take care of a few other things while they were in the basement: replacing old galvanized pipes, rerouting the sump pump water, and replacing the drain pipe on the sink. And, of course, it would be great if they removed the huge water tank that hasn't been used in over 18 years, and an even older dehumidifier.
Both technicians arrived on time, and had everything they were going to need to get all components of the project done. At the end of day one, they made sure I had running water available over night (even tho' hot water wasn't available yet 😂). Then they shocked me by getting the balance of the projects wrapped up by the end of day two-- even though we had a third day scheduled! I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

Ed’s HVAC came to the rescue when our very old HVAC system stopped working during the summer heatwave. Installation of the new HVAC went smoothly, thanks to Tech Jason and the other team members who helped with the installation. This was our first time calling on Ed’s and now we our customers for life!

Tech was very informative. Thankful for speedy service of my ac unit during the hottest days of the year! The house call rate was $30 higher than the people who installed my unit. Grateful to the tech that explained that the people who installed it didn’t register my equipment properly. Definitely worth the extra $. Excellent customer service.

Had my garbage disposal replaced. The service man was excellent. He arrived early was professional, friendly & knowledgeable. He completed the job quickly and left the area clean and removed the old unit. Overall he did an excellent job and I would request him again!!! He deserves 5 stars!! Gave 4 due the cost of the service which he has no control of. My invoice had a trip charge of $127 added to it. It’s not the amount that bothered me it is that it was not disclosed to me when making the appt. In the past I was never charged this for service calls. When making an appointment that charge should be disclosed to the customer. It felt deceptive.

Our geothermal unit lost the blower motor on Friday. We called for service on Saturday and Andy came out and evaluated the issue. He found the problem and ordered the parts first thing Monday. Josh came today and put in the new blower motor and did a great job. I find the all the people at Ed’s professional and knowledgeable. Thanks for getting us heat and hot water back!
