The new owner Bruce was not being trusted. He purposely failed my car safety check for more business.
The car could pass the safty check after mechanic carefully examed, but the non-professional owner argued with the mechanic to fail it. Bruce told me we have to repair breaks and some other minor issues to pass it. We didn't do it and easily pass it in another auto garage.
I would not go over there and do not recommend it to anyone.

We brought our Honda CR-V to William for years. He's an honest, consciencious mechanic; we trust him implicitly. We now own a Subaru Outback, and William's service continues to be exceptional.

Mr. William Yeung is an honorable man and vehicular specialist who'll even lose sleep if he can't diagnose and fix a problem. When needed, he'll include other specialists in helping to solve the mystery and fix the problem. My 2004 6-speed manual Acura is a case in point. He went above and beyond in order to solve the problem of my car and return it to me. When he shows and explains the reasons for the failures, he also gives recommendations on how to improve the vehicle's performance. Added to this, he makes sure that you're not having to get parts/services not required which would add to unnecessary labor costs to his clients.

On my fourth car with Mr. Yeung. He is professional, honest and I have never ever felt that he was trying to upsell mechanical services. He has been consistently excellent for more than a decade. I cannot recommend his services highly enough.

Our family has been taking cars to William for 20 years. He's honest, thorough, will let you know what needs work and what can wait, and is simply the best automotive person we know. I won't let anyone else touch my car.

I'm a young female who spent years looking for permanent work in a city away from family. I call him my 'Dad' for car issues. He's honest and trustworthy. When you say you just want your car to go from A to B and no extra work, William will let you know what needs to be done and what doesn't need to be done or can be delayed and why. I trusted him with my 13 year old Honda and he helped me purchase a new Honda! Thanks, William!

I have no complaints, and many praises. He does not recommend work that is unecessary (always a bane for us women customers) and explains everything. He checks to see that you are OK with the price before carrying out the work, and always tries to find the most cost-effective solution on your behalf. I have checked prices elsewhere and William's is always in the middle, BUT you know he will do it right, whereas some of the ones who quote cheaper end up costing you more, or keep your car longer than promised.
