I had moles removed today at Q Esthetics Laser Clinic in Mississauga. I had booked 2 consultations with different clinics and decided to come here first hoping it was the "right" place. Being overly excited to finally be able to remove my moles and having a very limited schedule (full time student and work part time), I wanted to 'trust' this establishment regardless of its high quotes - so I proceeded with the procedure. Btw I got 2 removed as I could not afford to remove the rest with the quotes I was given.

After my procedure (I left not feeling confident or content with my experience - will explain later), I decided to go to my other consultation with a reputable clinic who performs the same procedure but with a Dr. vs an Esthetician at Q Esthetics. I originally assumed the clinic with the Dr. would cost more but in fact I was quoted much LESS for my remaining moles than what Q Esthetics quoted. Because I was so upset and distraught, I did more research and have not yet found ANY other clinic that charges as much as Q Esthetics for the exact same procedure (and many with Dr's versus estheticians).

Before I give any specific details and post pictures I am going to be fair and allow Q Esthetics to follow up with me. I left a voicemail after hours to speak with the owner and requested a follow up asap tomorrow morning.

I am giving this a 1 star at this point as I feel like my best interest was not looked after especially for how much I had paid. And then to find out I paid more than what other reputable clinics are charging in the GTA, I am livid and am in need of an explanation asap! I also have concerns about my procedure but I will not comment on that until I speak with someone at Q Esthetics to clarify.
