I searched the Internet for good options to install an outdoor training rig in the backyard and settled on MoveStrong because they had a modular outdoor rig called the T-rex, which we could configure how we wanted it. It's galvanized steel both inside and out, and is built to take the punishments of outdoor conditions. It is well-engineered and built absolutely solid. Check it out: movestrongfit.com/trex . There are so many exercise options available whether it be suspension trainer attachments (ex. TRX), ropes and rings, battle rope attachments, and a variety of pull-up options.
