VERY UNIMPRESSED. They do not have even the most basic care/respect for animals that I would expect in any vet that I would take my pets to.
I went there to pick up some flea treatments for my cats and was told that they wouldn't sell them to me unless I paid for an appointment with one of their vets. Apparently, I should pay $150 (or whatever a vet fee there is) with their vet so that I can purchase a $40 flea treatment, per animal! No concern at all that my cats are in discomfort and require the treatment ASAP, even though I informed them that I was leaving the province the next day and wouldn't be able to bring them in for an appointment for another couple weeks.
Again, I can only comment on how unimpressed with the lack of concern for my animals, and that they come across as only caring about money.
Although they are the closest vet to my newly moved location, I will not be considering them at all.

He seemed to really care about my cat. I would go back.
