After boards they made me sit out side to wait for my ride . Than had the nerve to laugh . Did not have the decency to sit there until my ride showed up .

My daughter is a student. They are highly unprofessional. The girls are catty, called my daughter names, told her she couldn't sit with them because she was ugly...grown women mind you. My daughter has tried to get the director to act on it and the director told her she was too sensitive. She is there for an education not insults and at $16,000 for the class, my daughter should feel safe and comfortable and she does not. They make you sign a waiver so they aren't held responsible for anything. Another student hit my truck and another students vehicle in the parking lot. No police were called and my daughter wasn't informed the student was only there making up a class so the damages to my vehicle were not reported or repaired and the girl that did it is no longer there. The school does not address the issues. The teacher told them to YouTube their work one day when she lost control of the class and let the catty girls run all over her. They have no contingency plan for students that get sick to make up work they missed and they don't have you do it at home. This was something my daughter was looking forward to doing and all she has gotten is undue stress and poor treatment. I do not recommend this school, perhaps a different location would be better but the one in West Seneca at the Southgate Plaza is not a good location.

I had my hair done by Tamar today. She greeted me and was pleasant the entire time! Tamar and The teacher Morgan were so professional constantly asking me if I liked what they were doing.
They also went over a color choice to get my hair colored which I wouldn’t have even known about until they explained it to me. Tamar did an amazing cut and color and styled it perfectly!
I wish every salon was like this! I already made a highlight appointment for January! 😀

This is a great place to get your hair done! As long as you are understanding this is a school the prices are great! The students try hard to make the customers happy. The people who say they waited forever or had a bad experience must be miserable people or liars because this is never the case and they should be ashamed for making up such stories. I will continue to be a loyal customer and continue to support this schools wonderful training of the students.

I was nervous coming here because I was wanting my hair dyed as well as a style cut going from a long length to a medium/short length cut with lots of layering. I give this school 5 stars for I had one of the greatest experiences one could ever have at a salon. The color came out beautifully and the cut was fantastic. There was great communication between the student stylist and the instructor that when my stylist struggled the instructor walked her through. Literally everyone I saw the next day loved my hair!. I will definitely be going back! Another great perk, you are getting great work for a fraction of what it would cost at a normal salon and you are giving someone an opportunity to advance and grow in their own skills.
