I had a problem with the exterior door handles and lock not working properly. I called Northtech, a guy came out the same day and fixed the problem. He took the time to check and adjust my other doors as well. I am very happy with this quick response. Highly recommend Northtech!

They explained their products thoroughly along with the pros and cons for each. Delivery and installation was on time and on budget. The team of installers was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They took old windows and all the debris with them and left us with nothing to do except enjoy our new windows. Highly recommend Northtech!
