Thank you for helping us with investigating the cracking of our concrete driveway and garage slab. It was a relief that we finally got a competent engineer coming and investigating the concrete and bearing soils and giving us a clear path forward. The report was right to the point and addressed all construction deficiencies.

Alpha Adroit Engineering conducted a geotechnical site investigation for our new industrial building Edmonton North. Our experience with them has been a pleasure. Their staff are friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful. They helped us refine our scope of work and saved us over $100,000 K in construction costs for foundations and earthworks compared to another geotechnical report conducted for us by another company. If you are looking for quality and cost saving options, go to Alpha Adroit. Their engineers know what they are doing and provided us with alternative option. I enjoyed meeting with Dr. Kia. he is perhaps one of the most knowledgeable engineers I have ever met. Very patient and helpful. We spent over 4 hours and reviewed options and he answered all my questions. I was very strseed and pissed off and when he provided us with alternatives, it saved us over 100K. I could not believe what we would have gotten into if we had used our old garbage report. We are greatly thankful to Alpha Adroit and they will be THE ONLY geotechnical engineering company we will ever will call.

I was desperate on Sunday afternoon to find a company that will send a tech for concrete testing for our new construction early Monday morning. Alpha Adroit was the only company that answered my call and they sent a tech on site for our 7:00 am pour. Excellent. No fuss, no bullshit. Pure service. Sharp on time.

Alpha Adroit technicians conducted soil compaction testing and concrete testing for our parking lot areas. They were professional and did excellent job. They were always on time. Reports on time. Alpha Adroit's rates were also lowest amongst those I checked. Their receptionist is very courteous too. I recommend them to anyone.
