Honestly the problems seemed small and I would have expected a quick fix. Two years on they still didn't fix the problem. Not until there was a recall to replace a part something to do with heating component. It didn't fix another issue and after driving the car for a while I noticed that the heat wasn't working properly.

No amount of trying to explain it to them would convince them that there was anything wrong. I offered to go for a long drive to show just how hot the centre console becomes. their answer was that they don't have time to do that.

If you are thing of buying a car from there I would think twice, after my experience I would think twice before you buy a Honda. If anything changes I will update.
I have been a Honda customer for roughly 13 years.

I usually don't write reviews but I loved the manner in which I was treated at Lakeshore Honda. The sales guy was honest and really knew what he was talking about but wasn't at all pushy. I was able to speak to a manager too and I left feeling really confident in my purchase.

Even months after when I went in for my first service I was trwated like a new customer. Thanks!
