I talked with Jerry about timing part prices he was great at that I thought. When I talk to my brother about what he needed to fix his truck and how munch, he said order the parts. So right away I called back Jerry at autozone. Told him I needed the parts I just asked about, I would be in Saturday to pick them up. The timing chain 33.99. the timming guide, oh now there's two timing guides right side 19.99 and left side. well ya I asked if there were two the first time he said no but now there is. Left side timming 15.99. OK what ever we all make mistakes. I blow it off when he told me I needed to pay for it right now with a credit card it was special order. I told him I would be in Saturday to pay for it. He couldn't do that so I told him to cancel the whole order. then he said have a nice day and hung up on me.we all make mistakes were human but two in a row it all about how we fix are mistakes that mater he didn't. So I called autozone at 12760 Colorado blvd nothing had to be special ordered every thing got ordered and I can pay for it all Saturday. They were busy and I had to hold for a little bit but I can see why. Save your self some time and headache and just call this autozone at lest they know what there doing 303 254 5352
