Izabela was a delight as a salesperson. We knew we wanted a Forester when we came into the showroom and she certainly confirmed this for us. When the delivery date conflicted with surgery that I had to have, she went out of her way to accommodate us. Everything about the car was clearly explained to us. We have been very happy with the Forester so far. There has been one little issue with the power tailgate but I will wait until the first service to deal with that.

I brought my Outback in for the warranty recall servicing on the steering column. When I picked the car up a week later, the outside of the car was covered with a layer of dirt. This is a new car! I was told by the Service Manager that they don't have washing facilities. Are you kidding me? Then go wash my car before I pick it up!!! Unbelievable that I have to pay to wash my own car after picking it up from your dealership.

Although content to wait for the arrival of my Outback the extended delay due to the "recall" was somewhat challenging. Selling my previous car and having to request the buyers' patience was unfortunate. All worked out in the end in large part due to my salesperson's consistent efforts to assist and minimize a difficult situation. I would give Isabela full marks for service and customer care.

I have had my Forester for three months and I'm still not happy with the truck. The seats are extremely uncmfortable, doors are light, interior is cheap, no sun shade on the front window so you need to have te visor down all the time, doors don't lock when you shift into gear and gas consumption is poor..
Overall I would not recommend this truck.

It's not just about making a sale at Marino's Fine Cars. There are people from all departments that embody a genuine service ethic, even if it is a Saturday of a long weekend and the coldest day of winter so far!
Sales Manager for Subaru, Francesco, stayed the course! In this case, that meant after closing on Saturday of a three-day weekend, to make sure the tow truck got in with my car. He then called me to say not to worry, it was there, you've got your loaner car and have a good weekend!
Other people, from receptionist, other sales people and the service advisors, were also very courteous and helpful! Paperwork and exchange of vehicles were made easier for me with assistance around my current mobility issues. I was even given a piece of birthday cake while on hold with the Subaru Care Service!
