Sales team were quit nice and personable....service department will make you wish you didn't have an Infiniti. To be clear, my rating is 2 out of 3 stars for the sales department and 0 out of 2 for the service department. I would buy another car here, but I would avoid the service department like the plague.

I was leasing an 2007 Altima from this dealership. They did not have my color in stock and I put down $500 and did not sign any lease purchase. I was told they'll bring the car in 3 days. After a week and calling them multiple times they did not bring the car and they did not want to give my 500 back!!! so finally after 20 days I walked into the dealership in peak hours and started yelling so everyone know what kind of business these people are running. There are tones of nissan and infiniti dealers in Toronto. Also,these dealership are separate business entities so Nissan inc is not responsible for them.
