I Paid ISO developers in Winthrop Massachusetts $2,500. to build my website. That was the first payment. Another $2,500 was due when my site went live. I spoke with many people at this company, all whom were polite and cordial. My website never came to fruition, or even close. I called and texted everyone. Nothing was being done to build my site. I would up load videos pertinent to my business and would get a message saying the files were to big. No one seemed to know what to do. I was told to upload to Youtube. After I was entirely convinced my project was going nowhere, I asked for my money back. Respectfully. I did not want to create bad karma- I just wanted to give my money to a company whom was capable of making it happen.
The have promised to refund my money and at first I was told I would go back in my bank account in 4 to 10 days. That didnt happen. DAVID WHITAKER was the project manager and told me the person in charge of the refund was on Jewish Holiday and was not able to do it because of that. After the Jewish Holiday,
I was told the refund had been issued. It wasn't. This High Tech Company Whose president is listed as
JOHNATAHN KAVNER (attorney) has been texting me and neither David Whitaker or this Attorney will speak over the phone. Text only. I believe they dont know how to refund money electronically and refuse to drop a check in the mail.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY- YOU WILL NOT LIVE LONG ENOUGH TO SEE YOUR PROJECT COMPLETED.

Kate... Try telling the whole truth. Your started a project with ISO. You were very difficult to work with and then could not afford to continue the project. ISO refunded part of your money, but ISO ownership refused to refund money for work done or that had been paid to people working on your project (project management, legal, graphics, development, etc.). May of ISO employees wanted to help you, until you stated attacking us personally on the internet, sending us endless texts, emails, and phone calls, voicemails that last 6 minutes and making insane threats . ISO offered many times to calmly work with you. You were given direct access to the owner and the company's lead attorney. You were so nasty to both of them, that they had to block your calls. ISO has tried every way possible to work with you. Personal online attacks and threats are not helping your cause. I strongly encourage you contact an attorney who can calmly work with ISO.
