I had been a regular customer. This November I took my car for an under spray. It's an old Mercury Grand Marquis. I was charged $135.54 tax in !! I was a bit surprised but I paid the amount and left. At home I looked at the invoice in detail. I was surprised at the vehicle description. It had the correct plate number but the description was that of a Subaru Forester!! I was charged for the full rust treatment. When I called them I was told that I would have to go the facility in person to correct the vehicle description but I will not receive a refund. I called Krown Orleans location. They charge half the price of a full treatment for under spray. I wrote to the Krown Corporate office. They would not help. I will never go to this location again and I don't recommend this place to anyone. I was cheated. I have given them one star as there is nothing lower.

I had been bringing my vehicle to the Catherine st location in Ottawa for the last seven years.

I had brought my vehicle for my yearly application back in April of this year.

I was really disappointed in the quality of the workmanship.

I always mark my access plugs before I bring my vehicle in to see if they had sprayed in all the holes that they drilled previously on the vehicle.

To my surprise they had missed three different locations on the vehicle and they didn't spray on the underside of the hood.

I had brought it to the attention of the manager... He had told me that they usually don't spray on the underside of the hood and he was surprised that his co workers had missed those three access holes.

I know why they had made those mistakes..... Because their is no more quality control at that location.

This was the first year since I started going there that this guy named Randy was not working there anymore. When Randy was there he would always keep an eye on his team of workers.

I used to refer this location to my family and friends in the past. Now I will be telling people to stay away from this place.

Will be going back there. Thorough job, one can watch while they do it. Glad I went in the summer, as they had a little promotion going on.
