This morning I had rust proof spray for my Jeep. Alexander and John provided excellent customer service. I am happy the service was already done. Very fast. Definitely I will recommend friend and family and I will go there going forward.

My name is Pat Chapman. I have an 04 Jeep Liberty. I have had so many offers to buy this vehicle, once a man delivering flyers, approached my mom after viewing the Jeep parked in the driveway, offered to buy it then and their. I was at a shopping mall, and some one with new model Land Rover, when he found out the year of it, also wanted to purchase it.
What more can l say, these are total strangers who wanted to purchase the vehicle. Needless to say l still am proud to have the Jeep, and take it to the St. Clair location.
Keep going guys, as the Land Rover owner said," You must be doing something right ".

they also washed the SUV in the end. service is good but I think they are a bit over
priced.

I like this location, the staff is friendly and they do pretty good work. I drive a 1998 Ford and I've been rust proofing it there since I bought it in 2001. But because my car was slightly over 3 years old (off by a couple of months)I was not eligible for the life time warranty, no big deal there.
The reason I gave them a 4-1/2 star rating is because when they spray it they failed to spray the steel impact bar in the rear bumper. I noticed that a few years ago but there was too much rust on it to stop it when they did spray it. Other than that one spot the rest of the car is in mint condition due to the annual spraying.
Krown has a great product but they need to make sure they get every inch of metal including the steel impact bar under the plastic bumpers.
