This is nothing short than a slim bucket. Been using him since 2005 on a new vehicle I have 51.0 K mileage which shows I don't drive much. He and his staff constantly try to get you for more money by saying things like "You need your wheels wells cleaned due to build up of mud/dirt" Really, driving in the city and I get that much build up and even when I power wash the wheel wells everytime I was the car.
He also also gave me a hassle in 2015 for trying to use the online coupon saying he doesn't honor them, after arguing he gave in. This time Oct 24th the deal was for a free can of Krown Arosol spray, of course when i should him coupon he said he was out of stock, My reply was you probably didn't even order any. To which he replied I was a liar. He ended giving me $5 off but i felt that it should have been $10 which is whats posted on website, he said no I'll give give you the wholsale cost.I then called him out for his service since bringing the car to him.
I'm done with this guy and warn all others of his schemes. There are also other dealers in the city that are available
