I would give this company 0 stars if I could. This company is a scam! I'm filing a public complaint in addition to this review. There have been many complaints submitted already online. I agreed to receive free samples and to only pay for the shipping and handling. There was nothing mentioned at the time of purchase about a trial period or that I would be charged the full price after 14 days. I haven't even used the creams yet and two fees were automatically withdrawn from my account - $103 and $109. Customer Service informed me that I will need to return the products for a refund, but I will be charged a restocking fee per product plus I have to cover shipping and handling costs. $40 at least down the drain in total fees for absolutely nothing!!! This company needs to be shut down for scamming people!

I ordered samples of the eye and skin elements and paid for then I started receiving (with in short order) allegro and eye elements. There was on invoice or return instructions. I have returned unopened packages thru the us postal service. I have been told that was not the proper way to return these items by customer service. After a long conversation I was granted a one month refund. I have not tried any of these products because I have in and out town helping a friend up north. So at this point I am stuck with of dollars worth products not including that was which was returned by mail. I have not been able to find out what happened to those products. This is not the way of doing business. I never ordered anything but the samples. Buyer be ware.!!!

I have been waiting over two months to get my refund for returned product - Allegro. I was charged $103 and promised $83 after the unopened jar was returned. I have called Customer Service more than 10 times and am always promised that the check will be mailed in 3-5 days. They have a great scam going and have had to resort to contacting the AG offices in CA, UT and my home state, ME.
Stay away from this proct and company.

I am 72, have a thin face, thin skin and was starting to have lines setting in around my eyes and upper lip. They have practically disappeared. Have been using Hydra Skin Sciences since March. Began my second tube in the middle of April. I cut the end of the tube in order to get every bit of the cream out and store it in a small container. Don't want to waste a drop as it is pricey. I recommend buying it on Amazon because the Hydra Skin Sciences company .

The ad offers trial offer for 4.95. They do not tell you they are sending 2 separate boxes costing 2 separate charges of 4.95. Read find print before going to step 3. Once you do that you are stuck with there policy. No refunds. The 14 day trial starts at time of order not allowing you to confirm order. It is very difficult to speak to a representative. I had to look up 4 telephone #'s. You have to pay to return. You will receive products with different names making it hard to find original ad. It is very exspencesI've and too much aggregation to cancel. Be careful. Look for fine print. I have tried did nothing. I was allergic .
