He takes every opportunity to make sure you understand what to expect, and he will diligently answer your questions throughout the procedure. If you have a question after you leave the office, simply give us a call and we will follow up with Dr. Heaton to get your answers. Dr. Heaton is continually expanding his dental knowledge, having completed the following continuing education courses: Midwest Implant Institute Training and coursework in progressive orthodontics Invisalign® certification Member of Frank Spear Esthetic Study Club Dr. Heaton was raised in Roosevelt, Utah. After completing a two-year service mission in the West Indies, Dr. Heaton received a bachelor’s degree in advanced radiologic sciences from Weber State University. He then continued his education at Ohio State University, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. While completing his studies at OSU, Dr. Heaton received multiple awards, including one for his research in dental esthetics, which he also had the opportunity to present to colleagues in Barcelona, Spain. In his spare time, Dr. Heaton enjoys spending time with his wife, Molly, two daughters, Alexis and Berkley, and son Trey. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and watching college football and basketball. Read more
