Specialized classes are offered to meet the needs of all individuals. These classes include: yoga for seniors, prenatal yoga, yoga for kids, yoga for weight-loss and detox, and yoga for chronic pain. We also provide corporate yoga which helps employees decompress and refocus their minds.
