My Account representative was very kind and helpful in helping me with my student loan program. He was very considerate to my concerns about this possibly being a scam or fraud and allowed me the time I needed to research your company and ease my own worries. He did not push me at all, he answered all my questions very professionally. He was a pleasure to deal with. He has made my process very comfortable, which I appreciate a lot. I was a recent victim of fraud and having someone understand that is very refreshing. Plus he has a good sense of humor which was nice too. He was a professional gentleman the whole time and I have seen nothing but positive results since dealing with this company.

Got a letter and thought it might be a scam, did't call right away. Got a post card and this time help on to it. Decided to call and learned exactly what they do. Ameritech was very upfront and explained in detail how they do document processing and can help me qualify for the programs that are out there for free. Is it worth me paying them for their knowledge and experience, absolutely. This is not a scam and I am glad I called. Dealing with Ameritech was easy, they are upfront and explain everything. I have been referring my friends and family. Thank you Ameritech!
