I finished my service and sent the device back, but Ciktel is falsely claiming that I have another device which I have never possessed and referring me to collections.
I would never use this service, they are liars and thieves.

Some of the worst service I have ever seen. The rates are slow rates and the customer service is bothunhelpful and horribly managed. This company is not worth your time or money. When service goes down it will almost definitely be over 48 hours before the issue with properly escalated and even longer before it is resolved. Truly terrible service all around.

CIK is great for low price plans. I order 25mbps and its pretty good. I like the lan line that's included in the bundle. I see a lot of bad reviews here, I guess the happy customers are not often here. I think these 3rd party are as good as, so called premium carriers, and big boys are all about high billing and you cant leave them without paying the contract fee. But I am a happy camper with CIK.

I was searching for the home app support few months back and I am new to use this home app support. I am a regular customer of CIK Telecom. I searched a lot about its working process but did not understand the functionality properly.
I thought this process is very tough and I was confused what to do. Then, I thought to call them to get the support. I called them and explained the whole problem. They replied back very softly and guided me how to use the live telecast function.
I must say they are fast, reliable. I feel very positive and satisfied that I am availing a service from such a reputed company.

I am a Canadian permanent residence and work with reputed company but I was really unhappy with the internet service and its speed. I checked online for the best plans and compare the charges of the internet service providers. I was bit surprised by checking the same service is offered by CIK Telecom at affordable price. nnI took Basic speed Internet plan from Rogers and migrated to Express High speed at very high cost but still the speed was not good. I called them many times but they didnu2019t respond fast. When I compare the plans, same plan is offered by CIK telecom at 30M at $44.99/m and then I decided to stop the service from Rogers and avail the service from CIK telecom.nnI know when you opt for the new service provider it is very difficult to trust but trust me I am enjoying the service without any interruption from them. nnI faced only one problem during business hours i.e. they response late for live chat.nnI want to rate the Ciktel Customer service: 3/5 starsnnThanks for the valuable service CIK Telecomn
