When employees are working directly with the public why is a dress code not enforced? Why, on multiple occasions do I have to see a grown man in a tight mini skirt?? Why are the other employees with distasteful facial piercings not courteous to customers? I've been a fishkeeper for well over 25 years.. and I would never handle the fish aggressively like they do or treat anyone with unsolicited unprovoked negative energy .. perhaps they should work for Hot Topic if they want to dress like goth circus show ringleaders. Not impressed.

Customer service at this location is terrible and the lady in the fish department is so rude. I’d rather drive another 30 minutes out to the next store then go somewhere and spend my money where they’re gonna treat me like crap. Avoid this location at all costs if you value good customer service. They definitely lost a customer and most likely don’t care as there are plenty more reviews about the same individual I wish I’ve checked the reviews before going

Always great customer service and a warm greeting. I have adopted all four of my pets from them and am so happy I did. I return Everytime to get crickets for them. 100/10 Everytime

a girl who works in the fish section, very tiring and aggressive, as if she has drunk all the wisdom in the world, she does not close her mouth all the time. She recognized my face when I went to buy an aquarium couple days ago and she didn't want to sell me a fish because she says “two weeks must pass after the aquarium is activated before I can put the fish in it”. I've never seen such a fool in my life and I've shopped at many PetSmarts

The person there with the weird circle glasses was rude and refused to sell us fish even though it would be properly cared for and we have 3 separate tanks so we know how to care for them. She was nosy and rude when asking questions. I love other employees there but personally is she my ruined day.
