Had a 10:30 appointment, showed up 5 minutes early and they told me to walk around the store until my name was called. I left at 10:53 after an employee said “you’re gonna have to reschedule”. Same happened to other people while I was there. Grooming area was a disorganized mess. Would not trust them with my dog.

I've been taking my girls there since moving to Indiana over two years ago, they love Megan. Today, I showed up for our appointment, that I scheduled with Megan, to be told she was not there and I would have another groomer. Okay, they needed grooming. After 5 hours and 40 minutes my phone call came they were ready, I was already waiting in the store. When I asked about the long grooming time, I was told the groomer had 15 drop offs. So my appointment was secondary to drop off clients? Both dog's fir were still damp, not sure they had all the brushing I paid for, and they did not have the groomer I booked with. I won't be back. I'm sorry, Megan, you are awesome. Even the manager didn't offer any consideration, "Oh, yeah, they get busy!" I'm sure other groomers would appreciate my business.

This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had getting our pup groomed. His hair is uneven all over, it is choppy and a complete mess. The person who cut him claimed to have experience with cavapoos; this work is a reflection of someone who just learned how to do their job. We are highly disappointed and would never recommend this PetSmart to anyone. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable

Sadly, we had a disappointing experience. They left the pink polish on and painted blue over it. There is paint on her fur, the nails are uneven, and some aren’t even painted. They handed me my dog with wet paint, and it got all over my jacket. The person who checked us in was not nice at all, but the person who groomed her was nice, hence the two stars.

I won’t be going back as this is now the third time this has happened.

My mom is visiting with our family dog for the summer and we’ve had trouble finding someone in Carmel to groom her without a 2 month waitlist, so we went here as a last resort. Can confidently say we won’t be back. We took her brushed out fully with only matting behind her ears and she came home basically shaved. In her 5 years of being groomed, with and without matting, this is the first time she’s ever had a haircut this short. Pretty devastated! This place would be okay if you expect this kind of service but a Doodle is not meant to have a haircut like this… below is her before and after. 0/10 recommend.
