PetSmart in Medina is our favorite store for our guinea pig and Aussie needs. Always friendly and helpful staff. Benji LOVES our visits there!

We took our dog for the second time today to the groomers, and we had the groomer named JORDAN L. The first time we took our dogs to her she gave attitude. This time she gave attitude again and acted like she hated her job. She called our dog a spaz and she cut our dogs hair so short that he had blood on his ear. I highly recommend you do not go to these groomers go anywhere else for your dog sake. I called the groomers to complain and see where I could complain to a corporate number or something, and the girl told me to google it. So I had to call back and talk to a manager of the whole PetSmart and she said that they will have a talk with her about it. If they don’t like their jobs, they should quit for the dogs sakes.

I just moved here from Denver - My 3 year old Golden Doodle had always had the same Grooming person in Denver from Petsmart, and so I was nervous about our move. However, Jill did AMAZING following all of my instructions including a Teddy Bear Face cut, longer ears and a lions tail! My pup looked calm and happy and well attended to by Jill during the time I could see in the window as did the rest of the grooming specialists with their pets. I will be going back to Jill every 3 months when my pup needs groomed, I highly recommend Jill for any Golden Doodle Owners! Thank You Jill!!!!

Bought fish from here the next day they had ick. Returned the fish and they then told me that all their tanks were being treated for ick. Something that should have been handled in all tanks should have been being quarantined and no fish should have been sold, during treatment. All my other fish before adding these fish were fine and healthy for months. Only two stars because the staff was nice.

The petsmart store and banfield are great... the grooming is a disaster. They chopped up my dog i could've had my 1st grader do a better job. I even showed them a picture and they b were just like - ya, ok, ok... and they looked like they hated life. For anyone that knows anything about grooming... this was a no no. Id post her name but I dont know what it is. whoever reads this - please give her some.more training!
