I had started therapy with them for my son, everything was going well until the therapist went back to school. At which point I was told that a new therapist was going to be taking over her clients. A few weeks went by with absolutely no therapy and no contact. I called and e-mailed and was basically just told that the lady who was to take over does not have enough room to see my son. So I have spent tons of money, dedicated time to do this, booked off time from work, made arrangements with the school to take him out for the hour. Only to be told that I am not flexible and he is not a priority in their scheduling! I am absolutely floored over this and quite frankly can not believe how rude they are. I would not recommend this agency if you are looking for long term, permanent, scheduled therapy for a child with special needs.
