I had used this company previously and had some problems with them showing up when they were scheduled to. In the past several months, I scheduled them repeatedly (5-6 times) to come out and do a maintenance check of our HVAC systems. I even called the night before and spoke with the owner to double check and make sure they were coming.I stayed home from work to wait for them. They never showed up and never called to cancel. When I called to find out if they were late, held up, etc. They never returned my calls. I would finally get hold of the owner, he would offer an excuse and promise me they would be there the next time...and the same thing would happen.
