Roy and his sidekick Charlie are crooks. Only care about making money and selling you BS cars. Not even one phone call to see how my car purchase is. They hide scratches and body work. Over time it becomes apparent.

my names ken,a proud owner of a 2009 acura tl, car had a bit of noise problem but had it repair under warranty within a day at acura downtown. I just wanted to give a quick shout out to acura downtown especially with the service team with team leader RICHARD and service advisor HARRY. These gentlemens are here to help and that is no joke. They have exceeded my expectation by a 100 miles. Went beyond and above what needed to be done and i am proud to say these guys are the number 1 team in canada for acura, no doubt. at the same time they have excellent mechanic as well. IAN is his first name, diagnose problem within the first 5 mins of test drive. overall HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. KEEP IT UP RICHARD.

I have been a Acura TL owner for 5 years. I recently leased a new TL frown downtown Acura.
Having the opportunity to have my car serviced from a previous Acura dealership I had fairly high expectations when I had to have my car serviced at DOwntown Acura.
The service team at DOwntown Acura are truly exceptional led by their leader RIchard. Richard truly takes time to understand all of the the required service needs and ensured that I all of my service requirements were met.
As a results my expectations have already raised to a new level .

My wife and I shopped around for a used car for quite a while before we finally bought at Acura. The used car business is dirty! We met many salesman who we felt were trying to squeeze us or werent being honest.
When we finally saw a car online that we wanted being advertised on the Downtown Acura website, we were feeling pretty burnt out on dealing with shady car salesman and dealerships. Our experience at Acura was the complete opposite! The guys were straight shooters. Everything was above board. The negotiation process was fair, quick and easy. We ended up getting a great car at a great price. Its been a few months now and we are so happy that we went through Downtown Acura. Highly recommended.

We are in the market for an MDX but wanted a used vehicle that is less then 4 years. We looked through the website and found several on their website. We were pleasantly surprised by what we had to select from when we got to downtown Acura. Ray was very helpful, putting up with our many requests and our fussy toddler. Our whole family is very happy with our 2011 MDX, especially our kids with their new in car entertainment.

I recently decided to upgrade from an Accord to an Acura RDX and what a great decision - I love the SUV.
The other great choice was to visit Downtown Acura. I dealt with Johnny Kuan and Kelvin Quek, the General Sales Manager, who was very accommodating and fair and I would highly recommend them both.

Did a 3rd gear transmission service for my CSX as the gear wasn't engaging properly at times. The part was covered under warrantly and the staff did not give me any hassle about it. The car was in the shop for a few days but was provided with a courtesy TSX. The car is now in great shape!
