I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Marie Oh and her team. From start to finish, everything was incredibly smooth and efficient. I was looking for a new, quality dentist and I found it here at Loudoun Smile Center. The office was exceptionally clean and beautiful. All staff were warm and welcoming. Since I had filled out all new patient paperwork prior to my arrival, check in was easy. The dentist that examined me was Dr. Bachour. She was thorough and explained my dental issues clearly. The absolute worst dental experience I have had in my life. I would be okay with the fact that this office is much more expensive that many others, but not when my results have been horrific. After being told I needed thousands of dollars of dental work (two crowns and fillings only, nothing extensive)I decided to take it slowly and attack one issue at at time. I had the first crown placed over a year ago and it never felt good from the beginning. After many months and continued discomfort, I decided to go back for Dr. Bachour to examine and correct. I had no intention of allowing her perform additional work. However, after being told that she could replace the first crown and I should let them do the second one since they bite down directly on each other, I agreed. Big mistake. The pain in the office in replacing the first crown (on the bottom) was so bad that I was rising up out of the chair and in tears. The second one (upper) is painful and uncomfortable as well and it wasn't painful at all before the crown work. And this is months after they were placed. Basically, every tooth that she worked on is worse. I am having pain and discomfort with both teeth and my jaw that I never had before being treated here. I really wanted to like the shiny, modern practice but I can't when my results have been so poor.

Whether you rank an establishment by the personability of workers or the quality of care, Loudon Smile Center deserves 5 stars. All of the staff are genuine and kind, and went out of their way to give me a good experience. Truly from the moment I entered to the moment I left, the front of house staff and dentists graced my questions and concerns with smiles and patience. Admittedly I had not taken care of my teeth as I ought, yet by the time the dental hygienists had finished their work, there was no trace of the plaque caverns I had spent over a year cultivating between my teeth. The front desk staff and the check out staff are very nice. This was my first appointment. I arrived happy and hopeful. I left disappointed. I shared my dental history and teeth concerns because I was asked. The dentist referred me to an orthodontist for a second attempt at Invisalign to fix a very minor issue. Invisalign is advertised on the website??? When I left and drove home, I realized I had not been given the fluoride toothpaste I paid for, so I had to turn around and go back to get it. I am giving this practice a second chance though. Maybe, I scared them with my dental history, but nothing is more scary than living it.

I recently encountered an unfortunate experience with my former dentist office; they were closed due to snow on the day of my appointment, but failed to inform me and did not reach out to reschedule once they reopened. Frustrated and in intense tooth pain, I decided to seek help elsewhere and contacted Loudoun Smile Maker.

The team at Loudoun Smile Maker was incredibly responsive and accommodating. They managed to fit me in immediately and addressed my tooth pain with urgency and professionalism. Following an evaluation, it was determined that I needed a root canal. They promptly coordinated with the Endodontist and secured an appointment for me. The root canal was performed the next morning, providing me with much-needed relief.

The entire process, from booking the appointment to checking in and receiving treatment, was seamless. The staff were friendly and kind, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout. Given the positive experience and the professionalism demonstrated by Loudoun Smile Maker, I have decided to transfer my care to this office. I look forward to receiving the quality treatment and professionalism that I did not receive at my previous dental office.
