I’m a regular customer at Panera bread I was traveling from Vegas to Austin. I came to his location. I never ask for any discounts or anything, but I saw what happened in front of me. A customer told the cashier whose name is Matt that her nephew was a military vet , she was asking for a discount. Her nephew wasn’t here . I believe hes the assistant manager or manager ( Matt ) at the store told her no worries. I’ll apply my discount as long as you know somebody . So what I did, I told him I just saw what you did. She told you that her nephew was a vet and she was trying to get a discount and you gave her a military discount, so I told him if you’re doing that with her, my brother-in-law you fit I want you to apply the same just for me. He argued that she had an ID from her nephew. That’s a complete line after that she confronted me with a very aggressive position and asked me is that all you want are we done terrible terrible service for an assisted manager or a manager somebody should talk to this person

They dont update their menu so dont be surprised if it isn't there when you ordered it for pick up. You will drive all the way there and have paid for it, just for them to say they dont have it. I ordered a loaf of bread and got "so it was out of stock"....dont have it avaliable online then. They are awful. Go to rollingwood or william cannon instead if you can. Bee cave is so sadly operated, I dont know how there are even still in business. I asked for two slices of white instead and this is not white so they dont even know their product. The facility is disgusting as well and probably has rats. Restrooms are never clean.
Edit: I just threw up that chicken noodle....so dont think it's safe for consumption.

I had tried another Panera recently and my experience was just so-so. I wanted to try another to see it was just the store I visited or if all Panera's are going downhill.

The store was similar to the other. Located in a mall with parking available. The restaurant is clean and you can place your order on one of those tablets.

I had the half turkey sandwich, cheddar broccoli soup and French baguette side. They were definitely fast. The soup here is better. The cheddar broccoli had a thicker consistency and really tasted like real cheddar. The sandwich is similar to the turkey at the other Panera. It's just several slices of processed turkey. They don't even try to make it like a sandwich with the slices positioned in different positions. They just take several slices, fold them in half and put them on the bread. The bread is okay, nothing special. They put some kind of sauce but mostly it's a very dry sandwich. And like the other Panera, the baguette tastes like it was only halfway baked.

I agree with some of the other reviewers in that the quality has declined. When Panera first opened, I used to eat there at least once a week. But now, just if I'm starving and it's convenient. It's too bad they are more interested in opening so many restaurants without keeping the quality.

Visited on a Sunday morning and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I tried the egg croissant and the chicken ciabatta — both were fresh and tasty. The place has plenty of space for dine-in, making it a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy your food.

Most Panera restaurants are all about the same, and this one is no exception. The food is good, but nothing extraordinary and the prices are decent. The service was a little slow, but it’s nice that they have both indoor and outdoor seating. They had a new seasonal item, Mexican street corn chowder, which looked good, but I haven’t tried it yet.
