Our History Vitello's began back in the early 60's as a little sandwich shop which quickly (20 years later) blossomed into one of the San Fernando Valley's most revered Italian Restaurants. Known then for its authentic Italian cuisine and a ""happening"" jazz club upstairs, Vitello's became a hot spot for great food and live music, hosting the likes of the Rat Pack, celebrities and TV & movie execs.
