The reason I keep coming back even since leaving Toronto is the same as it is anywhere in the service industry: they remember my name and details, they’re respectful, they know what they’re talking about when you ask questions. They’re clearly looking to make a quality sales rather than a lot of smaller ones and this means they provide real attention and go out of their way to match you with the right vehicle.
