I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS...but if the service at lulu in Fairview doesn't get better...they will lose a loyal customer!!
Wow I have always been a lulu fan, and over the past 5 years have been treated as a loyal customer. However, lately the individuals who work at lulu in Fairview have been non-helpful! It almost feels like they think they are doing me a favor by serving me.
I went in yesterday, money in hand, knowing exactly what I wanted...I just needed a little information and to find the right size. Well...after having one employee bring me to the correct item, he didn't stay and help me find what I was looking for. When I asked another employee about the temperature the running tights were designed for, she rolled her eyes and said that that information wasn't available.
I tried on the 'first mile tech tights' and came out of the dressing room---years gone by, I would have discussed the item I was wearing with one of the sales people---yesterday...no one even noticed me...and they were not busy!!
Finally I decided I wanted the black pair, but they didn't have it in stock. Sales girl found it at the warehouse and said she could have it ordered to the store---never once even looking at me. I told her not to bother that I could order it online myself. I asked her if she could write down the item so I could order it...she told me to take a picture of it.
Ugh I felt like 'Pretty Women,' with a fist full of money, wanting to spend it...but getting no help and actually feeling like they were doing me a favor by serving me!! ....still love the product though :)
