We had Affordable Windows Plus Exteriors install new Simonton Windows throughout our house, replacing all 19 windows. Affordable Windows Plus Exteriors provided an outstanding experience through the whole process and we "Love" our new windows! The process started with Rudy Pacheco (Sales) explaining/demonstrating multiple product lines and sharing the benefits & difference of selecting Affordable Windows to complete our whole house window project. Rudy was terrific, personable, his window knowledge extensive, shared a wealth of information with us, conveyed a strong belief in the experience & superior performance we could expect from the Affordable Windows team, never pressured us, and helped us select the best product for our project that met our new window requirements and budget. Although, we had previously met with two other window replacement companies to receive bids, because of Rudy, it was evident - Affordable Windows Plus Exteriors was the correct company to select on our project! The Affordable Window process (sales, contract agreement, window measuring, HOA approval, window ordering, delivery and installation) was well communicated, efficient, thorough, timely, enjoyable, and delivered an outstanding outcome! The Affordable Window Staff: Rudy, Bill, Angie, and the team members on the 3 installation teams were all outstanding and customer focused! We highly recommend Affordable Windows Plus Exteriors, love our finished home window project outcome, and the company/staff delivered on every item they communicated! Way to Go!

We used Affordable Windows to replace all of the windows in our home after they were referred to us by family who had a great experience. They were the most cost effective after shopping around but that didn’t affect the quality they provided by any means. We absolutely LOVE our windows. They are beautiful and completely change the aesthetic of our home in the very best way. They are also incredibly convenient in terms of functionality. In addition, the customer service with this company is unmatched. From the sale with John, to the measurements with Bill, and all communication we have had with the office with Diane and Jamie, every staff member we have come in contact with has been accommodating, professional but also friendly. It’s hard to explain because truly they feel more like family after all is said and done. I also felt completely comfortable with the installation crew inside of my home. They too went above and beyond. Their work was quick, efficient, and clean. They did not leave a trace after they left. It is hard to find this level of customer service these days, but Affordable Windows checks every box we look for as homeowners. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I had an amazing experience from start to finish with Affordable Windows and Exteriors. Rudy thoroughly explained the entire cost and scope of work without any pressure. He also went over the warranty details and answered all of my questions completely before any contract was signed, which made me feel confident and comfortable moving forward.
My windows were ready for installation within five weeks of the final measurements. Janie in the office was incredibly helpful and accommodating, working around my schedule to ensure the installation was convenient for me.
On installation day, Adam and Jackson arrived on time and fully prepared. They confirmed the type of trim I wanted and walked me through all the window features before they left. They carefully moved any necessary furniture and did a thorough cleanup once the job was complete.

Affordable Windows came highly recommended by some friends and neighbors that had windows installed by them. After working with their office staff, salespeople and installers we understand why, as the company and its employees are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They communicate well at all stages of the process. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows and their work. John as the sales rep answered all our questions and was thorough in explaining the various features. Adam as the installer did a great job and also made sure to explain aspects of the windows. Great experience start to end. Jason was helpful, straightforward, and no pressure from the sales side.

The folks in the office who helped with scheduling were kind and clear, and we were thrilled when they called us earlier than expected to schedule install.

Devin and Jackson did a bang up job on install- they were polite, tidy, and did really excellent work.

Overall really excellent experience, highly recommend and will use Affordable Windows and Exteriors again.

We got a quote for new windows. Not only were they high quality but definitely reasonable with value. We purchased 5 low-e windows. We put money down for initial payment. Second meeting was final measurements about a week later and windows were ordered. 5 weeks later, windows were installed and they were able to accommodate my schedule and set up the installation on a Saturday so I didn't have to take off work. Installation process was about 4 hours. The two workers were super personable and they did a fantastic job. I definitely plan to use this company again when we get ready to replace our sliding glass door. Simonton windows look incredible! Thank you! Shout out to Jaime! I loved working with her and the crew who came out to install.

We had quotes from a few other window companies and even though we had some estimates that came in cheaper, we weighed a lot of factors into making our decision like customer reviews, pricing, warranty and ease of customer service (in case there are issues) and ultimately, we went with Affordable Windows Plus Exteriors. Rudy was the representative that came out and gave us his pitch. He was warm, knowledgeable and his presentation beat all the others out of the water! It wasn’t hard sales, just matter of fact—this is a company with an involved owner and employees that stand by their product and the business.

We were lucky to have a great group of guys do our installation—Devin, Oliver and Jackson! Man, those guys work hard! You can tell these guys have mastered their craft. They immediately got to work and were so efficient with their time. I really appreciated that they covered my interior furniture and were vacuuming while they were working so there wouldn’t be a lot of mess. They were awesome and I really appreciated their hard work and time! I could not be happier with my experience. They have a lifelong customer with me and I will be referring them to everyone I know!

Affordable Windows Plus Exteriors did a wonderful job installing a new sliding door and 8 windows for our 23 year old home. Rudy communicated very well about our options and costs during his sales visit. All scheduling for the measurements and installation was exactly as described and well communicated and coordinated by Jamie from the office staff. The installation went smoothly with Devin calling when they were 30 minutes away. The installation went smoothly with Devin, Jackson and Michael. Simply the best! Affordable Windows (AW) offers the optimal combination of a superior quality product at the best price with exceptional service. Their jump-window solution is highly competitive. Through a quoting process involving over ten different companies, AW emerged as the best all-around solution by far! They installed eleven windows and two sliding doors. One of the large windows was custom fit to replace an archway segment (see photo). Very impressed by that. What a difference! It's like I have a new home! Energy efficiency noticeably improved. We are in the middle of remodeling the house and one of the projects we wanted to get done this year were new windows. I had several quotes from window companies but I found that Affordable Windows & Exteriors was the best all around. Rudy was so friendly, honest and informative. You could tell he was proud to be working for the company. His presentation was excellent! He came with a sample window, thermometer gun and heat gun. He showed me how much their windows absorbed the heat. The heat gun was 346F and on the other side of the glass, it was showing 98F. Incredible difference. Not only that, but the windows are manufactured in AZ, the window installers are employees of the company (not subcontractors), their prices were affordable and reasonable and they have a double lifetime warranty! You can’t beat that! The owner of the company came and did the final measurements and he was so friendly, helpful and efficient. I think it says a lot about a company when the owner is involved with every transaction. Even the front office staff like Jamie and Diane were really communicative and nice. Everyone was on the same page with timeline, expectations, etc. I never felt out of the loop.

The day of the installation, we got a stellar team—Devin, Jackson and Oliver! I moved as much furniture as I could before the install, but wasn’t able to move the really big, heavy furniture—the guys were so gracious with moving it out of the way and with great care. The removal of the windows and installation was absolutely seamless. They took out my security doors and French doors and replaced it with a sliding glass door and I could not be happier! They also tackled a custom triangle window that other companies said they couldn’t do. These guys can do it all!! I am so happy with how everything turned out. They were happy, friendly, detail-oriented and so hard-working! What a great trio of guys! I couldn’t have asked for a better team!

This was a 12/10 experience for me. I can’t say enough good things about this company and their employees. A+ company, superior customer service, great products—and the most excellent owner & employees. I really felt really taken care of with Affordable Windows & Exteriors. I would highly recommend!

Yesterday Dean, Jackson and Oliver installed three new windows on the back of my home and it was the first time I have used Affordable Windows. The experience was Great! Rudy was very patient and generous with his time, and was able to come out twice to answer my questions and set up my order for a new front door and new windows in my home. I’ve had some poor experiences with other companies for home repairs/upgrades and was a bit apprehensive when initially closing the deal. Well, I can’t say enough about how awesome the process was from start to end with Rudy, and the crew who came out to install everything. They were very professional, efficient, well mannered, communicated their plan and set proper expectations. They were very professional and ensured they cleaned up after they finished their work. The quality of the windows (and front door) and their work set me at ease, which says a lot for someone who deals with OCD. I just had my windows replaced by Affordable Windows and I am so very happy with the results. The crew that did my installation, Adam, Devin, and Oliver were so very friendly, professional, and efficient. They replaced all 15 of my windows and had to do some minor construction on one of the outside settings. They were so great - and they showed how all the windows latched as well as how to remove and replace the screens. My new patio door is an absolute pleasure to use!
