I am extremely disappointed and honestly disgusted with this place inside and out. First no remote to my tv, then From the moment we walked in, the room smelled terrible. On top of that, there were roaches and spiders all around the bathroom and kitchen area, along with dead bugs in the restroom and shower. This is completely unacceptable and not the condition anyone should have to stay in. The microwave didn’t even work where it was located, so we had to move it and plug it in somewhere else. None of the outlets work properly, and the light switches don’t properly turn the lights on or off. We are paying to stay here and should not have to deal with basic electrical issues, bugs infestation , and an awful smell. This place clearly needs better cleaning, maintenance, and pest control. I would not recommend staying here EVER and honestly regret choosing this property. For the price i paid, the condition of this room is completely unacceptable!

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. We booked 2 rooms over 8 weeks in advance, drove 8 hours and arrived to check in just to be informed that there were no rooms available for us even though we had already paid. They've essentially stranded us and offered absolutely 0 solutions to the problem they created.

Location is wonderful. Close to hospitals and stores. The staff is very kind and accommodating! I haven’t met a cross or mean person yet. Terrance has is amazing! I am elderly and he goes above and beyond if he sees I need help. The only negative I have really is not anybody’s fault. Once in a room it is very hard to switch. Being downstairs would be much easier for me but I understand that moving around is hard. I would choose them anytime.

We were in a vehicle accident and our Toy-hauler needed repairs. So we stayed 24 days, at this location. Dogs are free, nice clean pool. Great staff, always helpful and friendly. One staff member goes above and beyond for all the hotel guests he is a super star! So very thankful for Terrance Buchanan! On our 2nd day of 24 days here I said I hope your employers know how valuable he truly is. Tomorrow we check out and just wanted to share our experience.

Do not book. We had a reservation. We were told they did not have a room for us. No one was at checkin. Had to call a number and wait for the employee to come down. Property was dark and dirty. Someone was having a loud party on 2nd floor. We got charged for rooms we never got! Big hassle and we dodged a bullet. Does not look like the photos.
