Tom Verhelst is a incompetent realtor. He promised us a chance to bid on a property adjoining our current property, but reneged on his promise and sold it to someone for less than we offered. This guy is worthless, I wouldn't trust him for a moment.

If you are a client asking him to sell your property, you are making a big mistake, He won't get you the best deal.

He sold the property for which the asking price was 100K for 95K when I had offered him 100K. Since then, I have offered the new property owner 150K which has been turned down. I figure he lost his client about 55K to say nothing of the loss for his client. He is an idiot. I realize that this review will never be posted because of the normal tendency to not place negative reviews on a site that is obviously controlled by Keller Williams, but because of my negative experience, thought I would post anyhow.
