Very easy to make online appointment with visible pricing. Not as expensive as you would think for field service! My tech was great! Friendly, professional and he did an excellent job replacing my windshield in no time. I will use Safelite for all my future auto glass repairs/replacements.

setting up the appt was easy, but technician did not do a good job! The chip in the windshield is maybe 10% better than it was! Called customer service & they only offered to refund the $ for repair to the INS co IF we were to replace the windshield!! That was the whole point...to not have to replace it & IF we decide to. we will NOT be using safelight after seeing this shotty workmanship. Pics don't do it justice

So excited to have a new, clear windshield to look through thanks to Safelite. It took 2 1/2 hours to install. The staff was nice, courteous and provided updates during the installation. I sat in the Safelite waiting room and caught up on some reading. My little security pup, Kingmosabi is also excited😁 We are ready to ride.😄 Thank you Safelite.

I would also like to mention that there were glove marks and dirt left inside my vehicle after the windshield replacement. Please make sure technicians clean up and inspect the vehicle before returning it to customers. Taking a few extra minutes to remove glove marks, adhesive residue, and any mess would help provide a much better customer experience.
I was disappointed to find these issues after my windshield replacement and hope you can improve your quality control for future customers

My insurance company pushed me to use Safelite. Don’t do it. They will call you before 8am even when your appointment isn’t until 12-5pm. Then they’ll install your windshield poorly. My 2025 NISSAN now has water damage to electrical components and upholstery due to Hannah ( 01873-193 Little Rock university location )installing my windshield without seal and then it rained. Actually stormed. Now, we have rain AGAIN in the forecast and they can’t come atleast fix the seal to prevent further water damage. If you don’t care about anything but the windshield use safelite. After 2 hours on the phone I still have yet to be able to speak with a supervisor. Literally, the lady said “I’ve tried the store manager, customer advocate, and district manager.” Then mysteriously the line disconnected. When you try to call the actual location the ai system will loop you around 3-4 times before trying to reach a human at the store. After 3 tries of calling and no answer, here we are! Wish I could give zeros stars. And the only reason I gave two is because “allegedly” it’s harder for them to remove than a 1 star. Shame on insurance companies using them. Next time I’ll go else where and request reimbursement through the insurance company before I use this company again.
